The Greek easter tradition of dying eggs crimson red, the color of life, is celebrated in this collection, with fillings inspired by Greek delicacies.  These eggs measure  3" x 2" and weigh 46g, the average size of four of our bonbons.  The Crimson Red Egg is a white chocolate egg filled with dark chocolate pomegranate and rose water ganache.  The Egg with the Yellow/Red Rose Swirl pattern is a dark chocolate egg filled with walnut-almond baklava salted caramel, and the egg with the Orange/Red Rose Swirl design is filled with fig and port wine ganache.
