-Designed AUTOcad fusion 360 from a scan we took with our Einscan PRO HD 3D scanner to ensure perfect fitment on your truck. 

-Fabricated from Heavy duty 3/16" p/o steel plate.

-Bent and welded construction. (Our bumper seams are full penetration, we weld the backside, grind out the front all the way till to the weld on the back, then weld up the seam. Our welding quality is derived from the same practices used in the shipbuilding industry, where failure is not an option. We always fix any imperfections in the welds unlike other companies, such as pinholes, undercut and lack of fusion.)

- 2 Cutouts per side and mounting bracket for 3 inch cube led pod. 

-Cut out and adjustable mounting bracket for any 20 inch lightbar. (Universal fitment)

- Aesthetic vent cut outs with expanded metal mesh to allow air flow to the radiator while also protecting it from small rocks and debris.

-Our bumper will allow you to keep the stock air duct that channels air to the trans cooler radiator. 

-1" thick high quality machined edge tow hook/ recovery points welded to the bumper for fitment of a 3/4 inch D-ring shackle 

-Bolts to frame and reuses stock mounting hardware. 

-High clearance side profile, which allows for an excellent approach angle and portrays an aggressive stance for your truck. 

-3/16 plate fabricated ram bar, 

-Optional parking sensor cutouts

-High quality Finish work, weld seams are ground and blended to perfection. 

-Thoroughly Sand blasted, and powder coated with a 2 stage coating. Zinc primer and Black mini tex top coat.
