Frog giggers are specially designed frog spears, created to gig a frog, fish, or other aquatic game and grab it with the extra sharp barbs on each point. Each frog spear on the gig card can be lashed onto a branch, the two small frog spear points can even be used as arrow tips and used with our sling bow tool to do some sling bow fishing.

The frog gigger spear card has multiple sets of frog gig on it, including large three pronged frog spear, as well as arrow sized frog spear. each frog gig includes multiple anchor points, making them able to be used as detachable gigging spear points, you can tie line directly to them as well as fully mounted traditional frog gig pole spear points that don't detach when you use them.

This unique feature allows you to remove any item from your card, use it, and then return your frog gigging spear back to the gear keeper card to use again another day. How to Gig for Frogs

Night is Best - Frog gigging can be done during the day, or the night, however the night is best as it allows you to spot them with a light via the glow from their eyes.

Shine Your Light - You spot frogs via the shine of their eyes, but you can also blind them that way so they can't see you as well. If you have a partner, they can blind the frog while you stalk it from behind increasing your chances of success. be careful not to let anything come between the beam of light and the frog as it can often spook them. 

Strike - Aim directly behind the head.
