Our Olive Egger hatching eggs include multi-generational and back-crossed olives that will lay a variety of olive and sage tones, most could be speckled or bloomed. Our olive egger hens are crossed back to a Blue Copper Marans, Opry Hill Moss Egger, Silverudd's Blue or Welsummer (eggs will be labeled). Please remember that with back crossing, there is always a 50/50 chance that once a pullet starts laying, the egg could be brown.
