Summary

This magnesium supplement is designed to help relieve stress and support a healthy stress response. It contains 350 mg of Meta Mag® (magnesium bisglycinate), a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. The formula may help support neuroendocrine function, nervous system health, and the synthesis of neurotransmitters. It is free from dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy, artificial additives, sweeteners, colours, and preservatives, and is vegan-friendly. The product is sweetened with steviol glycosides.

Dosage

Take 2 level scoops (12.7 g) twice daily, mixed with 200 mL of water.
